The more dense a development is, the more strain it puts on our local roads. Higher density zoning allows the potential for thousands more vehicles in our neighborhoods. Our sleepy cul-de-sacs will become the main thoroughfares for the development, with major bottlenecks likely at Latoria Dr. and Happy Valley Rd.
